1. What You Are Signing Up For

This site is a sign-up page ahead of launch. The email.ai.id service is not available yet, and we have not set a release date.

That means signing up does not guarantee access, does not commit us to a date, and does not create any payment obligation for you. It puts you on the list to hear from us first.

2. Sign-up and Your Data

We ask for your name, work email, and a few details about your AI Agents. Fill them in accurately, because those details are what we use to prioritize access and reach you.

One sign-up is meant for one person or one organization. We may cancel sign-ups that are clearly fake, repeated, or sent automatically. Sign-up data is processed under our Privacy Policy.

3. Early Access and Design Partners

We decide the order and stages of access ourselves, and we announce them by email to people on the list.

If you tick that you are interested in being a design partner, what we ask is a willingness to try things early and give regular feedback during the pilot. It is not a partnership agreement, not a promise of specific features, and it creates no fee obligation on either side.

4. Pricing Is Not Final

We have not set pricing for email.ai.id, and there is nothing to pay at this stage. If paid plans arrive, we will share their terms separately before you decide anything.

5. Using This Site

This site is for reading information and signing up, and there are a few things you may not do:

• Deliberately interfering with or overloading the site.
• Scraping other people's sign-up data or automating data collection from this site.
• Submitting fake sign-up details or posing as someone else.
• Using the name, logo, or materials on this site without our written permission.

6. Content Ownership

All text, code, design, logos, mascot illustrations, and other materials on this site are protected by copyright and trademark, and remain the property of PT Kirim Email Indonesia. You may not use those materials outside the context these terms allow.

7. Disclaimer and Limits of Liability

We provide this site "as is". We work to keep it reachable, but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions. Servers fail, and third-party links change without our knowledge.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this sign-up site. If you disagree with these terms, your only option is to stop using this site.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

This site may link to other pages, for example KIRIM.EMAIL product pages. Those sites are not under our control, and a link does not mean we endorse or are affiliated with whoever runs them.

9. Ending Access

We may close access or remove sign-ups that break these terms, for example sign-ups sent automatically or details that are clearly fake.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time by publishing the latest version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. General

Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and us.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, it is replaced by the closest provision to its original intent, and the rest stays in force.

Any claim arising from these terms must be filed within one year of the event that caused it.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will try to settle it through discussion first. If that fails, it goes to the competent court in Bandung, West Java.
