In Short

email.ai.id is a product of PT Kirim Email Indonesia. This site is only a sign-up page ahead of launch, so the only things we process today are the details you enter in the form and the technical data that comes with a visit.

Three things worth knowing up front. First, your sign-up details are stored on our servers in Indonesia. Second, providers supporting the site and form may process technical visit data, including IP addresses, as part of the services they provide. Third, we do not sell or broker your personal data to anyone.

1. Who Controls Your Data

This policy covers the email.ai.id site and the sign-up form on it.

The data controller is PT Kirim Email Indonesia, at Wisma Monex 9th floor, Jalan Asia Afrika 133-137, Bandung 40112, West Java, Indonesia.

Our privacy contact is support@kirim.email, and we answer Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Western Indonesian Time.

We act as the controller for your sign-up details, and later as the processor for email you send and receive through email.ai.id.

2. Personal Data We Collect

From the sign-up form we collect your full name, work email, roughly how many AI Agents you run or plan to run, what your AI Agent uses email for, where your AI Agent sends email from today, and whether you are interested in being a design partner.

Along with the form we also receive the page that referred you here, any campaign tags on the link you clicked (UTM), the page language, and the time you submitted.

Automatically, as most sites do, we and our network provider receive technical visit data:

We receive this data from the form you submit, from email or WhatsApp messages you send our team, and from site visit logs. The sign-up form on this page is served by KIRIM.EMAIL's form service, and what you enter is stored in KIRIM.EMAIL's subscriber system.

What we do not collect at this stage: passwords (there are no accounts yet), payment details (there are no transactions yet), and email content (the email service is not running yet).

• IP address and approximate location at city or country level
• Device type, operating system, and browser
• Pages opened, links clicked, and time of visit

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

A cookie is a small piece of data a site sends to and stores in your browser when you open a page. This site only uses session storage, for the one purpose described below.

We use browser session storage to remember your sign-up confirmation so the thank-you page can show the name and email you just sent. That data disappears when you close the tab.

This site does not set analytics cookies of its own. However the sign-up form on this page is served by KIRIM.EMAIL's form service, and loading that form also loads Google Tag Manager and a Meta (Facebook) pixel from that service. Both set cookies to measure visits and ad performance, and we say so here because you should hear it from us rather than find it yourself.

Providers supporting the site and form may process technical data needed to deliver and secure their services.

How to refuse or control this:

• Set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may work less well without them.
• Use a tracking blocker if you would rather Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel never load.
• Clear session storage in your browser settings to remove the stored sign-up confirmation.
• Use private mode or a tracking blocker if you would rather not have your visit logged.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

This policy follows Law 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. We process your data on these grounds:

• Contractual necessity, meaning following up your sign-up and contacting you about access to email.ai.id.
• Legitimate interest, meaning keeping the site secure and stable and answering your questions.
• Consent, meaning product updates, to the extent consent is required.
• Legal compliance, meaning meeting obligations that apply in Indonesia.

5. Consent

When you submit the sign-up form, you consent to the processing described on this page.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@kirim.email. If you withdraw, we remove your sign-up from the list and you stop receiving news about email.ai.id.

6. Your Data and Third Parties

We do not sell or broker your personal data to anyone. To run this site, some data is processed by providers acting on our behalf:

Those providers process data only on our instructions and are required to keep it confidential. If we add analytics or live chat later, we will list them here.

• Providers supporting the site and network, to deliver pages and process technical visit data.
• KIRIM.EMAIL's form service (static.kirim.email and halaman.email), which serves the sign-up form and stores what you enter.
• KIRIM.EMAIL email infrastructure in Indonesia, meaning the sending and storage systems we run, which receive and store sign-up details and send product news.

7. International Data Transfers

Providers supporting the site and form may process technical visit data, such as IP addresses and page requests, in locations determined by each provider. If data is transferred outside Indonesia, we ensure that the processing has the safeguards required by applicable personal data protection rules.

Your sign-up details are sent to and stored on our servers in Indonesia.

For the email.ai.id service later, data and activity logs are designed to be stored in Indonesia from day one. That is one of the reasons we are building this product, and we will not change it without telling you first.

8. Confidentiality of Email Data

The email.ai.id service is not running yet, so there is no email content for us to process. All we hold today is the sign-up data on this page.

Our commitments for when the service runs:

• We do not mine email stored on or sent through our service.
• We do not read email content for marketing or advertising.
• We do not use email content to profile you or your business.
• We do not sell or distribute email content, including sender addresses, subject lines, and message bodies, to anyone else.

9. Disclosure and Sub-processors

We use other companies as sub-processors to provide the site, form, and service infrastructure. KIRIM.EMAIL's form service currently processes and stores the sign-up details you submit.

In certain cases the law may require us to disclose data, for example in legal proceedings or under a valid government request. If that happens, we disclose only what is required.

10. Data Retention

We keep your sign-up details until email.ai.id launches and for up to 12 months after we announce the launch, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

We may keep some data longer where the law requires it, for example to resolve disputes or meet administrative obligations.

11. How to Delete Your Data

You have the right to ask us to delete your sign-up details, and here is how:

• Email support@kirim.email with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
• Tell us the email address you used to sign up so we can verify it.
• We verify and delete the data within 14 working days, then send you a confirmation.
• Clear session storage in your browser to remove what it stored locally.

12. Data Security

This site is served over HTTPS, an encrypted connection between your browser and our servers, and the sign-up form is sent encrypted to KIRIM.EMAIL infrastructure. Access to sign-up data is limited to the team that needs it.

We do not store passwords because this product has no accounts yet. When the service runs, authentication and storage encryption will follow the same standards as KIRIM.EMAIL services.

No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely risk free, so we cannot promise absolute security. We do promise to handle any incident openly, which is covered in the next section.

13. Data Breach Notification

If a personal data breach could harm you, we take three steps:

• Report the incident to the competent authority within 14 working days of learning about it.
• Notify affected people at their registered email address in the same period.
• Explain what data was affected, how it happened, and what we did to contain it.

14. Your Rights Over Your Personal Data

Whenever we store or process your personal data, you have the right of access, the right to correction, the right to erasure, the right to portability, the right to stop processing, and the right to object. We answer every request within 14 working days of receiving it.

If we decline a request, we give you a reason you can challenge in law. Send every request to support@kirim.email.

15. Age Limit

This site and this sign-up are meant for teams running AI Agents, so for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we hold a child's data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may change this policy at any time, and changes take effect once published on this page, when the last updated date above changes with it. For significant changes, we will do our best to let active sign-ups know by email.
